Permits & Plans

All site, floor, foundation, utility, and structural plans. Permit research, facilitation, and processing of local and state permit fees.

Site Prep & Foundation

Clearing, excavating, stem wall foundation footings and piers, utility trenching, and slope adjustments.

Construction

Load-bearing steel frame, asphalt shingles, tempered low-emittance windows, installed flooring, heating, ventilation, and A/C ready.

Appliances

Refrigerator/freezer, oven & range, microwave/range hood, dishwasher, and washer/dryer hookups included.

Utility Hookups

Electrical, sewer, and water hookups with up to 50 feet of trenching. Electric panel upgrades included.

Installation & Finishing

Delivery to the project site, all interior and exterior finishing including siding, entryway stairs & landing, stitching and seaming.

Free Estimate

It starts with a free initial estimate based on our experience building hundreds of homes, including assumptions on materials and site work.

Feasibility Study

A detailed review of your site-specific requirements. It's an easy first step that gives you all the information you need to move forward confidently.

Project Services Agreement

This includes a fine-tuned budget range based on your Feasibility Study, plus your chosen upgrades. Once signed, we start on permits.

Authorization to Build

You'll be presented with a final total project cost. This pricing takes into account any new information uncovered during permitting.

Build Begins

Your dedicated project manager will keep you well-informed of the payment milestones for the duration of your project.
